RailSlicer – Privacy Policy Last updated: October 31, 2026 RailSlicer is a virtual reality rhythm game for Meta Quest, developed and published by Nevaykan Games ("we", "us"). 1. Information we collect RailSlicer does not collect, store, transmit or sell any personal information. The game has no user accounts, no sign-in, no analytics, no advertising and no online features. It does not use the microphone, camera, location, eye tracking, hand tracking data or any other sensor data beyond the head and controller tracking needed to play, and that tracking data never leaves your headset. 2. Data stored on your device The game saves your settings (such as music volume, audio latency and the last selected world and song) and your progress (scores, stars and completed songs) locally on your headset. This data is never sent to us or to anyone else. You can remove it at any time by uninstalling the game. 3. Meta platform RailSlicer is distributed through the Meta Horizon Store. When the game starts, it asks the Meta platform to confirm that you own a valid copy (an "entitlement check"). This check is handled entirely by Meta under Meta's own privacy policy (https://www.meta.com/legal/privacy-policy/). We do not receive your Meta account information. Purchases, refunds and reviews are also handled by Meta. 4. Children RailSlicer is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children. 5. Changes to this policy If a future update adds a feature that collects data, we will update this policy before that update is released and change the date above. 6.
